Mike R. – Lead Technician

Mike has been turning wrenches on AC and furnace systems for 16 years, the last 9 of them right here in Yonkers. He holds EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling and is factory-trained on Carrier, Trane, and Lennox equipment. Mike’s the guy who gets the callback when a system is doing something weird that nobody else can figure out. He keeps a notebook in his truck full of oddball fixes he’s worked out over the years, and he’ll draw you a diagram on his clipboard if you want to understand what went wrong. Off the clock, he restores old motorcycles and has strong opinions about which diner on Central Avenue makes the best breakfast.

Dana S. – Senior Installer

Dana leads our AC installation and furnace replacement work, and she’s meticulous about one thing above all: the details you’ll never see. Duct connections, drain pitch, static pressure, refrigerant charge by weight. She’s been installing residential systems for 11 years and is certified on Goodman, Rheem, and Daikin equipment. Dana grew up in a rowhouse near McLean Avenue and knows the quirks of older Yonkers homes, tight basements, sloped roofs, and layouts that were never designed for central air. She plays bass in a cover band on weekends, which her crew says explains why she’s so particular about vibration and noise isolation on condenser pads.

Elena V. – Service Coordinator
